Tha Thang:
Frisbee leap frog between parking lights. Each throw between HIM counts as 5 reps. Failure to catch the disk equals 10 reps. Once second light post is reached the partners will do their rep count of the following exercises:
– ROUND 1
– On the curb merkins
– Squats
– LBCs
ROUND 2
– Dips
– Bonnie Blair’s
– Gas pumpers
ROUND 3
– Decline merkins
– Star jumps
– Heel taps
INTERMISSION
Partners line up on each 45 yard line facing each other. Each team will throw the frisbee back and forth with each team member completing a burpee after each throw. Your goal is to get to ten total throws. If the frisbee isn’t caught the team restarts their count.
CIRCLE UP FOR MARY

Start at street light and work back to AO in reverse order.
