Part 1: One mile Catch-Me-If-You-Can run
Part 2: Partner up for Burpee Roshambo
Partners compete in paper, rock, scissors. Partner who loses round does 5 burpees, winning partner does 5 merkins. Mozy to end of field in between rounds and back to flag. First partner to get to 50 burpees is the "winner". We learned @cornhole is very good at P.R.S. All teams made it to 50 burpees.
Part 3: Pelosi leads a DORA
Stay with your partner for first round of DORA:
150 Merkins / partner bear crawl ~25 yards and back
200 Curls / partner crab walks ~25 yards and back
150 Cindy Squats / partner bear crawl ~25 yards and back
Part 4: Now would have been a great time to knock out 7 minutes of MARY, but instead we did the following:
DORA
40 burpees / partner completes Murder Bunnies ~25 yards and back
