Partner up and mosey to turf field with Cindy in tow. One partner on goal line, the other on the 50
– FIRST EXERCISE: Sitting rows to the 50. (sit down. Grab each block and pull down your lateral side. Scoot back and continue) Partner does squats till you get there. Once to the 50 switch roles and proceed to the far goal line. Let your partner know when you get there.
– SECOND EXERCISE: Make your way back to the 50 by placing one block in front of the other on the ground (like a train car) and push to the 50. Partner does x-factor until you get there. Switch and partner pushes Cindy back to original goal line. Signal and both partners meet at goal line.
– EXERCISE 3: Negative push ups while partner skips to goal and back. Switch.
– EXERCISE 4: negative dips while partner back pedals to goal and back
– EXERCISE 5: Shoulder shrugs while partner karaoke to goal and back
