Outlaws – 75 each way clockwise/counterclockwise / partner 1 begins / partner 2 lunge to 1st cone, mosey to 2nd cone and back to line; swap
Overhead clap+squat – 100 reps / partner 1 begin / partner 2 bear crawl 1st cone / mosey to 2nd and back; swap
B. A. Baracus – Mr. "T" Situps (arms straight out to form T and hold position while doing big boy situps) – 125 reps / partner 1 begins / partner 2 does alligator merkins to 1st cone / mosey to 2nd and back; swap
