SSH, TTT, 5 penalty burpees for Focker's late arrival but tied in with Five Core Principles of F3 / 1 burpee per principle, RTR, LTR, hold high plank
Tha Thang:
1st Exercise – "Cindian Run" – All pax had a block, lined up single file, began rifle carry walk. Last man in line ran to front. Did two full rotations / each man ran twice – Exercised to Pink Floyd's "Time" performed by Govt Mule
2nd Exercise – "Dread Zeppelin" and "Tunnel of Hate"
Line up side-by-side with a failed attempt at military "Dress Right, Dress" alignment.
All on six to begin. Man at beginning of line to left begins passing block to man to his right. All pax hold canoe and perform ab work while awaiting block / after passing block – some American Hammers, some flutters, some just held canoe, some just listened to confused Spread Eagle ask what to do. Block passed down line to 15th man, then reverse pass left back to beginning. All pax switched to high-plank for cindy drag through the tunnel. Drag to the right down the line / reverse at 15th man drag left back to beginning. Back on six – back to canoe, pass block right, but add one overhead press – down to 15th man and back. Back to high plank – once you drag block to partner, perform one merkin. When block got to end, switch to AMRAP Merkins while awaiting / after dragging/passing off block – entire exercise performed to Led Zeppelin's "When The Levee Breaks" (7 mins 8 secs!)
3rd Exercise – "Blockeecides"
all pax line up spread out down starting line with a block. Cones placed at 0 yards/start line, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 yds
starting line – perform 5 blockees, run to 10yd cone, perform 1 blockee, return to start line
perform 4 blockees – run to 20yd cone, perform 2 blockees, return to start
3 blockees – 30yd, 3 blockees, return | 2, 40, 4, return | 1, 50, 5, return
perform LBCs while waiting on six. all then sprinted to 50yd/back, 30yd/back, 10yd/back
Exercise performed to some song sung by Chris Stapleton to frustrate Spread Eagle
4th Exercise – "Over/Unders"
split up 2 teams for a race – 8 men vs 7 men – line up single file facing back of man in front of you
front man has block – passes over shoulder to man behind him. 2nd man passes under/thru legs to man behind him. continue in over-under-over-under to last man in line who sprints block to the front and restarts over-under. Each man ran the block to the front twice. All pax held Al Gore while awaiting block. 7-man team smoked 8-man team. Penalty for losing team was 10 burpees. Reward for winning team was 9 burpees.
5th Exercise – "Opposites Attract"
back to starting line and back to spread out single line – every man with a block
starting line – starting with 10 reps "Paula Abduls" (SIMU) – lunge with block 2 steps forward / 2 steps back
run with block to 30yd line – perform leg lifts hard way over upright block
All pax completed 10/1, 9/2 reps and time ran down. All lined back up and did 90 seconds of leg lifts over blocks to wrap up / as Mary substitute
