Spades = Squats (audible to prisoner squats for some)
Clubs = Mountain Climbers Hard Way
Diamonds = BBS
Pulled 2 cards at a time to keep tempo quick.
2's = Mozy a lap with activities mixed in. Activities include lunges, karaoke run, step-ups / decline merkins (7s), reverse running, crab walk, etc.
