Stretch medley
Tha Thang:
Mosey towards turf field leap frogging with frisbee between parking lot lights. Each throw adds a rep which will be added to the 10 rep minimum. Add 5 reps for each time frisbee is dropped.
– Stop 1 – 10: decline merkins
– Stop 2 – 10: Bonnie Blair’s
– Stop 3 – 10: Big Boy sit ups
– Stop 4 – 10: dips
Turf Field: break up into groups of three or four Frisbee drills:
– Round 1: one man runs out 15 yards, cuts across field and another throws the frisbee to him. If he catches it he will throw it back to next man in line who becomes the thrower. Repeat 5 times. Each time frisbee is dropped all three partners must do 5 merkins
– Round 2: each team must throw the frisbee towards the far end zone. One man throws and then all three army crawl to frisbee. Next man throws and all three bear crawl to frisbee. Next man throws and all three forward crab walk to frisbee.
Make way back to AO, leap frogging with frisbee and stopping at lights on the way
– Stop 1: alternating on the curb merkins (10 each arm)
– Stop 2: 10: squats
– Stop 3: 10: gas pumpers
– Stop 4: 10: inch worm push ups
