One partner runs 400m
(stop at a first cone and knockout 3x NVY SEAL Burpee, second cone knock out three Sandbag butpees, third cone 3x NVY SEAL Burpees, fourth cone 3x NVY SEAL burpees)
The other partner holds two cindys at chest level until the partner returns. Rinse and repeat (after everyone did NVY SEAL burpees the Q switched to regular burpees due to time but kept the sandbags)
Once all completed tailpipe transition to 6 rounds of more fun.
partner A runs 400m (no burpees)
partner B does
10x Ground to Shoulder

When partner A returns takes over wherever partner B left off and continues. Rinse and repeat. We only got two rounds
Transition to Basketball ball court for beep test. Made it to level 3.6 by 0600 (Q left speaker behind at park bench …. kinda messed up the whole Beep test but we adjusted)
