While still in plank, RH up in air and then 12 Nolan ryans. Switch LH up and 12 NR’s.

Runners stretch. Prayer twist. Go into pigeon. Then switch it up.

Celebrating 48 trips around the sun (officially April 8, but at my age you celebrate for at least a week). So we did a 24-48-96 rep burner.
Vest up. Pick your favorite sandbag. Could be 40, 60, or 80 pounder.
First Group of Exercises – 24 reps
-Overhead Throw across the brick path
-24 tuck jumps
-Mosey around the tree, to the end of the cul-de-sac, and back (carry your sandbag with)

Second Group of Exercises – 48 reps
-48 weighted step ups
-Sprint around the tree, leave the sandbag

Third Group of Exercises – 96 reps
-96 weighted calf raises
-Sprint around the tree and back

COT:
Holy Week and culmination in Easter is a time for reflection. A time for rebirth and renewal. Challenge is to reach out to those PAX you haven’t talked to in awhile. Seek out those that you haven’t seen in the gloom lately. Those hurting may not outwardly show it. Those struggling mentally, physically, and spiritually need us. Let’s continue to do our part.
Thursday 6:30pm Ruck starting at Service Brewing. Led by Skinny Dip. Birthday lunch at Chazito’s in Pooler at 11:30am (Nantan is buying LOL)
