Two group-
One group took Cindy around a lap with four different exercises and 5 blockeys in between exercises.
Rifle carry 100 yards then 5 blockeys
Curl Cindy while walking 100 yards then 5 blockeys.
Right arm rows with Cindy while walking 100 yards then 5 blockeys.
Left arm rows with Cindy while walking 100 yards then switch to exercises at home base (those that other group was doing).
One group stays at home base while other group does the lap. This group did merkins until they got to first blockey station and then we did 5 burpees. We then did Bonnie Blairs until they not to second blockey station and then we did 5 burpees. We then did mountain climbers until they got to the next blockey station and then we did another 5 burpees. We then did air squats until they got back to home base. We then switched groups.
We got two complete series in – 2 laps and 2 home base sets per Pax.
Then group did plank with 12 burpees mixed in during Hold It Now Beastie Boy song.
