Start with 10 burpees and 100 yard sprint, work you way down to 1 burpee and 10 yard sprint. This took us about 30 minutes to complete.

Headed over to 7s on baseball diamond. Relocated to track because of wetness.

7, 14, 21, 28 x Mercans with lunges in between each base. Start at home plate with 7 Mercans then each base you increase 7.

7, 14, 21, 28 squats with bear crawls in between each base.

Mozy a lap.

Did 2 minute wall sit then 2 minute plank.

Ended with 1 minute each of American Hammers, flutter kicks, and Khaki inspired dips.
