Arm Circles forward and backwards x10; flamingo quad stretches on your own R/L; TTT x 10; SSH x10; mosey one lap.

Tha Thang:
5 cones were separated roughly 10 yards a part.

First Exercise: PAX did lunges with cindy to each cone. At each cone PAX did merkins increasing reps at each cone in increments of 3 (3,6,9,12,15) and then reversed direction and decreased reps in increments of 3 (12,9,6,3). After completion PAX ran across soccer field and back.

Second Exercise: PAX did bear crawls with cindy to each cone. At each cone PAX did big boy sit-ups with cindy increasing reps at each cone in increments of 5 (5,10,15,20,25) and then reversed direction and decreased reps in increments of 5 (20,15,10,5). After completion PAX ran across soccer field and back.

Third Exercise: PAX did Rifle Carries with cindy to each cone. At each cone PAX did squats with cindy increasing reps at each cone in increments of 10 (10,20,30,40,50) and then reversed direction and decreased reps in increments of 10 (40,30,20,10). After completion PAX ran across soccer field and back.

Fourth Exercise: PAX did lunges with cindy to each cone. At each cone PAX did 3 blockies with cindy and then reversed direction continuing to do 3 reps at each cone.

Fifth Exercise: bicycle sit-ups (AMRAP) while group finished exercises 1 through 4.

Sixth Exercise: Morale had turned low. We needed a "Remember the Titans" type of moment to re-energize the group so we went for a mosey on the nature trail for a cool down run. Distance of the run was probably close to 3/4ths of a mile, more or less.

Seventh Exercise. 11's with merkins and pull-ups at the playground
