1. Cones exercises (Partner-up) Fives cones were spread out on the field.
PAX 1 bear crawls to each cone. At each cone PAX 1 performs the following exercises.
Cone 1: 25 Cindy Squats; Cone 2: Lunges with Cindy; Cone 3: 15 private ryans; Cone 4: 10 Side Lunges with Cindy; Cone 5: 5 Thrusters. Reverse course – 10 Side lunges, 15 private ryans, 20 Lunges with Cindy, & 25 cindy squats.
Pax 2 stays at baseline and repeats the following exercises until Pax 1 is done. 25 Spread Eagles; 20 flutter kicks; 15 BB sit-ups with cindy; 10 Freddie Mercurys; 5 american hammers.
Once Pax 1 completed the cone drills the partners swapped.
2. Nickels and Dimes. 5 Pull-Ups and 10 Merkins on the minute every minute for 10 minutes (50 pull-ups and 100 merkins).
