All exercises were done with partners:

Headed to the Hill
Pax 1: Bear Crawl down hill then did 5 burpees then crawl bear up the hill.
Pax 2: Cindy Squats
(After Pax 1 returned to the top of the hill the partners swap)
We did 5 sets of these.

Headed to the Playground
Pax 1 did 4 sets of the following: 3 pull-ups; 5 merkins; 10 dips.
Pax 2: weighted sit-ups followed by various other ab exercises of their choice.
(Once Pax 1 completed his 4th set the partners swap)
We did this two times for a total of 8 sets and a gazilion ab reps

Headed to the Soccer Field:
Partners shared the reps of the following exercises:
50 clean-squat-press/ other person does single arm rows
– After completion partners ran suicides based on the cones spread out on the field.
50 kettle bell swings/ other person does curls
– suicides upon completion
50 Bonnie Blairs/Anchored twisted sit-ups
– suicides upon completion
20 blockies/ bicycle crunches

Rifle Carries to the Flag as time expired
