Indian Run to the cantina for around the world Merkins. Going counter clockwise each pax does one Merkin until first pax fails. The total number of Merkins get deducted from 100 burpees to be done later in the workout. Fortunately we got to 100 Merkins so no additional burpees were necessary.
Indian run back to AO for 10 pull ups and 4 corners. Start at island 1 with 30 Merkins, bear crawl to next island for 40 bbsu, then 50 squats, then 10 burpees. Mosey to other set of islands starting with 30 dry docks, 40 flutters, 50 lunges, 10 burpees. Finished with 5 pull-ups. Back to the flag for some Mary.

Moleskin: thank you to all the island guys for pushing me to get better. I likely would not have signed up for another GTE had it not been for you guys pushing. I walked away (limped actually) having learned more about myself and areas of my life that need improvement. The good news is that I know I’m not alone and that I have a band of brothers to lean on.
