Jog over to old stomping grounds for a bleacher run X 2 then on over to playground
Playground work
75 step ups ( the hard way) Duke got me straight on the difference between the easy way and the hard way and was adamant we complete every rep
50 dips
25 knee ups
Jog on up to the old AO and perform the following exercises
2 rounds of
15 merkins
20 squats
25 gas pumpers
Jog back to new turf field
Bear crawl 50 yards, walking Lunge 50 yards
And back to flag for some gut work.
Pax choice I think 5 exercises were completed
With Crush making us hold plank for the last minute.
