In honor of The Intimidator Dale Earnhardt’s would be 73rd birthday, we had 2 man teams (NASCAR is a team sport, after all) grab one brick and head out for some trivia at each pit stop.
#1 – Bus drivers w/ brick and air squats 25 each
#2 – Shoulder Press and Merkins 25 each
#3 – Elf on shelf and Bonney Blair 20 each hard way
#4 – LBC and tabletop leg raises 25 each
#5 – Pickle pointers beads style and American hammers 25 each
#6 – Man makers 10 each and Freddy mercury 25 each
#7 – Trombone had the most correct answers and got to pick heel taps and curls 25 each
Each pit stop started with a #3 trivia question and 3 burpees to follow.
