On the way we stopped for TTT, flamingos, walking arm circles, high knees and butt kicks
At the pull up bars:
5 pull ups
Mosey to the light pole
5 Peter Parker’s, spartan burpees, and imperial walkers
Mosey back
5 chin ups
Mosey to the light pole
6 Peter Parker’s, spartan burpees, and imperial walkers
Mosey back
Continue this routine, alternating pull ups and chin ups each time and increasing the 3 exercises at the light pole by 1 rep each time.
We cut the last round of light pole exercises down to 5 in order to get the last round of chin ups in before time.
Mosey back to the flag
