Tha Thang:
Moseyed over to Library, the side walk surrounding library is conveniently a quarter mile.

Goal was to bear crawl entire side walk. Whenever you could no longer continue (failed) on your bear crawl, stand up, take a lap and return to the location of where you failed and continue on.

There was also an exercise on each corner to perform when you arrived to it. Exercises were only performed on your bear crawl loop, not your run break.
