Meet a parking lot in back. All PAX do sumo squats while last man runs to the front (Indigenous people run style)- one length of parking lot
Coming back- walk one light pole, run one light pole, walk to last light pole, best effort to the church.
Wake up Cindy and meet at section by garbage can.
Broke into teams of 3. As a team complete 300 tri-cep extensions. Decide best way to break up reps between team. Once completed run as a team to other side of parking lot by church. Don’t cheat yourself- make sure to touch the curb just before the bushes. Run back and help another team complete their reps.
Discussed importance of keeping the standard the standard.
Rifle carry to light pole beside big parking lot. Same format as before but exercise is LBC with 300 reps. Run to sign as you enter parking lot and back and help another team finish.
Rifle carry diagonally to corner of the church. Put Cindy down for a rest and mosey as a whole group together. No 6 no man in front. Together. Once in front parking lot best effort to flag pole at front of church.
Repeat same process as before with reps of 500 calf raises. Run to awning leading into sanctuary. Everyone traveled at around same time. Walk out the sore legs to the tree closest to other awning. Mosey as a team back to Cindy and rifle carry her home.
Back at the flag do 5 jump squats to work out the soreness in the calves. Keep the blood flowing.
