O – Overhead Press
K – Kettlebell Swings
E – E2K, Elbow to Knee, 20 per side
In between each exercise (not a full cycle), run the square while always facing forward, so get a forward run, a left side shuffle, a backpedal, and a right side shuffle.
All made it through 2 full rounds of S.M.O.K.E., at least 1 made it through 3. YHC completed the Merkins of round 3.
YHC kicked his own cardio a$$ with this workout, I was gassed.
