Tha Thang:
I decided to run back my workout from the Ranch yesterday. ALARM ( arm, leg, ab, run, starts with M) style workout with 20 reps per exercise. We continued to work through each ALARM set until time was called.

-Run
-Merkin

ALARM #2:
-Shoulder Tap
-Squat
-Flutter Kicks
-Run
-Makhtar N’Diayes

ALARM #3:
-Burpee
-Jump Squat
-American Hammer
-Run
-Merkin ( Ranger)

The PAX completed 5 rounds thanks to the push from Clog and Falcon 9 on the last 2 rounds. Clog picked up the pace when it was his turn to lead and Falcon continued until time was called.

Completed a round of Mary at the flag before COT.
