As we set off from the Cuban War Memorial
The three amigos determined to hit the streets
With the goal of miles and nitrogen infused feet
They passed each corner with gleeful jubilee
And made their way down to the River as swift as could be
Some slight modifications to the route were necessary
But nonetheless all navigated east with ease
Looped back down Broughton and some Thick fil a later
They turned on Whitaker to head back towards Brighter
Wait, where's Chief and his light? I'll loop back Fro shouted
All the while Chief blazing his own trail on a parallel path
The two destined to meet again at the end with different math
All in all anywhere from five to five & half we're accomplished
This run group truly inspires, don't take y'all for granted
