Did a parking lot lap under normal weight.
Tha Thang:
The callout today was for every 1/4 mile (parking lot lap) we added additional weight. Broke into 2 teams and once your ruck was on or a coupon was added, it could not touch the ground. Kept adding weight after each lap until one team drops out. We added water bottles, sand bags and cat litter to increase weight. The final two laps we did Warrior Walk (mouth full of water the entire time). Everyone held strong and finished with water in their mouth. After about two miles we dropped weight and did a final loop around Kroger.
