Shuffle Burp – The Parking lot was the arena. Two sides 80' apart. Each side had 6 parking spots that contain the same exercises.
4 – Man Maker Merkins. 8 – Angle Grinder Merkins
12 – WWII's 12 – Dips on the Blocks
8 – UG Merkins. 4 – Navy Seals
Two frisbee's were thrown by the team, both exercises were complete by everyone
If the frisbee landed OB it was a automatic 48 LBC's
The Twist – every 4:08 a timer went off which meant 4 Kracken Burpees (We had to ignore the time a few times)
