WarmOrama:
with the chilling morning, started with a warmup lap then back to the circle for some neck, arm and leg stretches. Mosey to the pull-up bars, 5 and dime then grab a Cindy.

Tha Thang:
Ladder workout. Start with first movement, then run down to the far speed bump and perform burpees. Asked Chablis to pick a number between 1 and 5, he chose 4 so that was the number of burpees. Run back to the pull up bars. Round 2 was the first movement plus the 2nd, then mosey, burpee and back. Keep working up the ladder adding an additional exercise each round until time. Exercises were as follows:

Pull-ups x5
Tricep Ext x10
Merkins x15
Curls x20
OH press x25
Swings x30
Squats x35

Pax made it all the way up the ladder, next Q we will comeback down. Put up Cindy, 5 and dime and back to the circle.

COT:
Count, names, pledge and prayer. Need all Pax that can to come out and help with the anniversary beatdown at the Islands on November 8th.
