Pax were divided into 4 groups.
Turtle took Group 1 to Cindy Partner Work
Red Ryder took Group 2 to Micro Murph
Finkle & Miss Bliss split Groups 3 and 4 up into teams to play Beatdown Ball
We rotated through so that all Pax had an opportunity to visit each station.
Micro-Murph w/Red Ryder:
400 yards run around the Parking Lot and Field
3x 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, 15 Squats
400 Yard run around the Parking Lot and Field
Cindy Partner Work w/Turtle:
In pairs Pax worked together to complete the challenge
100 Cindy Swings
100 Overhead Press
100 4 Count Cindy Flutters
Pax 1 does Cindy Work, Pax 2 runs a Portico lap as a Human Timer, then swap. Partners complete the rep count as a team.
Beatdown Ball:
Glow in the dark Wiffle Ball with an F3 twist
Sparky and Finkle were all time Pitchers
An exercise was called each time a Batter stepped up to the plate, all fielders had to complete the exercise before they could play the ball (batting team in the Dugout also did the exercise just for fun)
If you are caught, tagged, or beaned out – 5 Burpees, if a batter hits a homerun, the fielding team does 5 Burpees.
