It started easy. Too easy.
One minute on the clock.
Thirty times through the line.
Build the toy. Reset. Repeat.
Chimneys climbed. Stockings Stuffed. Thrusters drove. Ornaments swung. Yule logs burned.
Every 5th round, add the—Dasher’s Dash—and the sleigh took off.
Cindys rotated like a white-elephant gift exchange. No trades. No returns. Scratch battled the line in oversized adult mitts. Cheddar tried to sweat, but his bare (semi masculine) legs made it impossible. LaSorda showed up in his wife’s gloves like it was planned. Tin Cup? Bionic heated hands. Advantage accepted!
Round by round, the workshop tightened its grip.
What started smooth… crept up fast.
Thirty minutes. One-minute at a time…
The toys got made.
The men got tested.
Christmas is coming.
