The PAX gathered 'round for NGT,
With an unwelcome visitor called humidity.
Never gloves on Pooler hands,
In this sweltering land,
They ran through the moist air, fast and free.
Young Rosie was pushing the pace,
With "PR" written all o'er his face.
A 5k so fast,
A personal blast,
He finished with top-tier grace.
BC known for high levels of complaining,
Arrived early to start his training.
Seven miles he did stack,
Zig-zagging through the back,
Until he had no breath remaining.
But HAL took the pre-run to heart,
With an even more vigorous start.
Eight miles on the clock,
He’s the stud of the block,
And a master of the running man's art.
