Rosie, Swabbie, & Snuggie did bleachers with a weighted vest, Sweet-n-low, and Flat Tire did laps around the stadium with good mumble chatter. @Swabbie did a circuit with a medicine ball toss and catch, followed by interval sprint runs. @Honker did burpees at the entrance gate of the stadium, while doubling as the EC guard dog, barking and burping while doing his burpees. All were better as a result.

Missed Betty Crocker, Genie, Periwinkle, Litter Box, and Hal…the usual PAX for Friday ECs. Praying for the healing of injuries PAX are overcoming and safe travels and return for the missing PAXs.
