Split into teams and went over basic rules of the game
Tha Thang:
Played kickball. While running bases you couldn't go to the next base until you preformed 1 Burpee or 3 Squats. We played about 6 innings or about 40 minutes. We enjoyed the break from regular exercise and had a good time on a nice Saturday morning.
