Some light stretching; waited around about 5 minutes in case anyone was late

Tha Thang:
Run to the MS; down to Belfast River, Back and take the long way around the Elementary school. Head back to the HS and finish loop through Belfast Keller. Stop at the car around 6 to see if anyone joined and to restock. Then head up to Heartwood and run all around there. Stop at @Moonshine's place, wave to the Ring, and climb the hill. Then run through the new development area and back to the car. Finish by running around the small loop of the soccer/practice field and call it quits.

COT:
Get busy living or get busy dying. Within the last week I realized I have been making excuses to go for a run, and when I do, I'm not pushing myself as hard as I can. Some of that is to not wear myself down for the rest of the day, and some is because I don't want to continually feel those aches. However the aches also tell me I'm improving myself and working hard to get stronger. The M and I signed up for the Savannah Half in November; it's her first and my 3rd half. I have set the goal to beat my previous time of 1:53:00 (trying for an even 1:50:00). Iron sharpens Iron and having a goal helps. So I ran today as if I was to run the race; push myself to keep going and go a little faster than I'd like. I have some work to do, and I have 8 months.
