Each PAX runs to 10 yard line and back, complete 10 merkins, 10 lunges (each leg), and 10 WW2s
Then run to 20 yard line and back, repeating exercises for 20 reps
Repeat with 30, 40, etc. until time called.
Interlude: announcements for PAX who need to leave early this morning
Part 2: Mary had a little cardio
PAX run one side of the bleachers then circle up for 20 reps of a core exercise. Repeated until time ran out.
