3 stations. 7 exercises. Rep Count starts at 20 for each round except the “Around the world”. Those always stay at 10. PAX will do both exercises at station one (flag) and run to station 2 (2nd tree) and do both exercises and run to station 3 (neck pole) and complete both exercises. Run back to station 1 and do 10 around the worlds. (Cindy goes all the way around body by passing from hand to hand). Start next round but only do 19. Next round is 18 etc. (think most guys got down to 13 or 14)

YHC originally made The Colosseum home when we first relocated to Coastal Empire. Remained home until we began process to launch The Ranch. Always good to come back and even better to see some new consistent PAX.
