* Both partners then mosey to station 1 and perform the following exercises

* 40 Jump Squats
* Both partners then mosey behind the basketball goal and perform the following exercises
* 10 Burpees
* 20 Monkey Humpers
* Both partners then mosey back to the start and repeat
* If any group catches another group between the basketball goal and the starting position they have to sumo squat back
