Tha Thang:
6 cones were set out around the basketball court
(4 corners and then halfway down each baseline)

Each cone had the following exercises ( 15 reps) :
1- Squat Thrusters W/ Cindy
2- Carolina Dry Docks
3- LBC’s (4 Ct)
4- Side Lunges
5- Overhead Press W/ Cindy
6- Bay City Scissors (4 Ct)

Pax were to run to the center of the court, perform 5 burpees, then backwards run to the next run around the court. All pax surpassed at least 100 burpees.
