GORUCK: "Liberty or Death" Ruck Challenge
Ruck 3.1 miles with 30# or more
At each mile stop and ask the PAX "Liberty or Death." Whatever they choose perform that task.
Mile 1: High Leaning Rest as we sang My Country Tis of Thee
Mile 2: Amazon didn't get the idea and called "death" so we had 20 Ruck Pushups
Mile 3: High Leaning Rest as we read the Preamble to the Constitution
Had we not had a "death" call, we would have done ruck pushups for the count on the bill of rights…we will save that for another time.
