Tha Thang:
Laid out a target with 3 concentric circles, and roughly 15 yards away was the tee box. Using a pitching wedge to land a ball in the target, this was the rep multiplier. Inner circle is x1, next circle is x2, next is x3 and anything outside of the target was x4.
2 buckets were located in the middle of the parking lot. Run out to those, golfer picks an exercise and a rep 1-10. Run back to the field, hit the ball. Rep count times score.
Example: chose Bonnie Blair’s, 9 reps; run back to the field hit the ball outside of the target, 9×4 = 36Bonnie Blair’s
Everyone got a chance and all are amazing golfers. Rest assured the target was not harmed, barely touched
