Tha Thang:
PAX moved station-to-station at an easy pace. No sprinting. Completion of all 4 stations = 1 round

-Station 1 – slow merkins & walking lunges
-Station 2 – squats & plank
-Station 3 – shoulder taps and reverse lunges
-Station 4 – calf raises & flutter kicks

PAX completed a total of 2 rounds through the stations + 2 rounds of light mosey. Total distance = 1 mile. Pace allowed for great mumble chatter between PAX. PAX completed stations together in a group. No PAX was left behind. NoOyo

YHC – Emphasized the importance of QSource first quadrant Q1/Get right: The pursuit of proper alignment. Part of "Getting Right" is being prepared. Uncontrolled fatigue undermines courage, leadership, and preparedness.

-A man must get right before he can do anything else
-An unfit man is a slave to his lack of self -control
-To be able to help others, a man must first help himself

That means proper rest is consistent with QSource because recovery helps a man stay "Right" and ready rather than depleted. This is YHC inference from the text, not a direct quote.
