First corner is Burpee
run to 2nd corner Spartan Burpee
Run to 3rd corner Fox hole Burpee
Run to 4th corner Merks
Start with 2 each for the first lap.
Then run a free lap no exercise.
Next lap increase by 2 to 4 reps each.
Run a free lap.
Then increase to 6 reps each.
Run a free lap.
rinse and repeat till 10 reps each.
Ran this for 41 Mintues.
