Mosey to wake up Cindy
Tha Thang:
PAX picked a partner, playground style. Find someone your size. With Cindy in hand, each PAX rifle-carry/walking curl to stations 1 through 4. Each station was marked with a Q-Source quote encouraging PAX to stay steady, keep moving, help their partner, and show grace under pressure.
Station 1 – “Fear is natural. Fatigue is real. But we will govern both today.”
-PAX A bear hug carry 50 yds
-PAX B did 20 squats & 10 merkins
*rinse and repeat for two rounds
Station 2 – "Hardship is not just the weight, it is the decision to keep moving under it."
-PAX A farmer carry Cindy (double date style) 50 yds
-PAX B did 20 flutter kicks & 20 mountain climbers
*rinse and repeat for two rounds
Station 3 – "Grace is not ease. Grace is control under hardship. The Q-Source frames grace as being what a man should be when adversity, pain, and chaos confront him."
-PAX A held Al Gore with Cindy
-PAX B did 15 hand-release merkins
*rinse and repeat for two rounds
Tunnel of love – "love is the accelerant of Preparedness."
-All PAX lined up in plank position, as one-by-one, each PAX low crawled underneath the human tunnel of love from side A to side B.
Station 4 – "This station reflected the Q-Source idea that a leader intentionally exposes himself to expected hardship to build durability for the unexpected hardship that will come later."
-PAX A fireman carry PAX B for 25 yds and switched
-At the end of each carry, the partnered PAXs did partnered high-five merkins together and squats
*rinse and repeat for two rounds
-PAX rifle carry Cindy back to bed and mosey back to AO flag.
Mary:
YHC read out loud the final Q-Source quote, "Grace is keeping your head when everyone around you is losing theirs and blaming it on you." YHC emphasized this as a poignant reminder that as men, we are called to lead with Grace and to keep our heads, until the mission is complete (missionality)… i.e., crucifixion of Jesus and assassination of MLK, Jr., 4/4/1968.

It was good having our special guests at the Ranch AO today – F3CE Na'ntan @Tutti-Fruitti & @Fro-Zone. And @Bogey was not there.
-Grateful for the men who showed up this morning, winning the first battle of the day, to get out of bed and take the daily red pill (DRP). Grateful for the F3 community of men, fellowship, and leadership. Keep accelerating.
-Coffeeteria @ Parker's followed afterwards. It was great to have F3CE Wisdome Q, @Sweet-N-Low, there with us this morning!
