Pulled out of the parking lot right at 0530 to mosey to the back lot. There we did plank, each arm up, 10 slow merkins, motivators from 6. Disclaimer was in there somewhere too.

Mosey to wake up Cindy.

Tha Thang:
4 rounds, each round was a 7:30 timer. Stay on one exercise for the entire round, when you get to the rep count, take a lap around three light poles running forward to the turnaround and backpedaling from the turnaround back to the start.

In between time arounds, do 10 burpees yo-yo, and everyone gets a breather for 30 seconds after the six is in.

Round 1: Colt 45s
Round 2: Lunges x20 each side, weighted if you can
Round 3: Merkins x20, vary the format, YHC chose standard, then offset on Cindy, then decline on the vertical block.
Round 4: KB Swings x25 (cut short for time, only 4 minutes this round with a shorter run)

COT:

AAR: Originally had shorter runs, more reps. Either version works, but this seemed to hit the cardio just right. Radar said I took too long though.

Y playground cleanup this Saturday in conjunction with the OG 10 year anniversary.
