Reminder of the mission:
F3 is fun, but we are not here to JUST have fun. (At this point, pax got a little worried about what was planned)

Core Principles:
1. Free
2. Open to all men
3. Held outdoors, rain or shine
4. Peer-led in a rotating fashion
5. End in a C.O.T.

This was the mental warm-up, stretches took place throughout.

Tha Thang:
Quarter-mile strip was laid out, starting at the tear drop at the roundabout, going all the way down to the stop sign by the library. At every .05, a cone was laid out with an exercise.

Round 1: Rifle carry in between cones
– Lunges- 5 Reps (each leg)
– Curls- 10 Reps
– Ground To Shoulder- 15 Reps
– Sumo Squats- 20 Reps
– Rows- 25 Reps

After Round 1, drop the bag at the stop sign and run back to the start. on the way from the start, back to your bag, perform 5 burpees at every stop. Once at the stop sign, grab your bag and carry it back to the start.

Round 2: Bearhug carry in between cones
– Lunges- 5 Reps (each leg)
– Curls- 10 Reps
– Ground To Shoulder- 15 Reps
– Sumo Squats- 20 Reps
– Rows- 25 Reps

Burpee ladder again that no one got to. Round 3 would have been suitcase carry.

COT:
AAR: Long distance, which was ceremonial to the 25th bday, but you could shorten it to get more reps in.

Prayer:
– A lot of illnesses/tragedies are going on in the area, especially for younger children.
