Tha Thang:
PAX formed a large circle and rotated clockwise through a continuous flow of work.
A bucket of index cards drove the workout—each PAX, upon reaching the Q station, pulled a card and called the exercise for the group—everyone had a turn to lead.
Built into the rotation was a pull-up bar station. As the circle moved, each man stepped up to the bar and knocked out reps while the rest of the PAX stayed in motion.
Exercises were varied and full-body, including:
* Lawnmowers
* Pulls
* Goblet Squats
* Lunges (with block)
* Grave Diggers
* Mountain Climber Merkins
* High Pulls
* Block Jump Burpees
* Curls
* Tricep Dips
* Decline Merkins
* Overhead Press (OHPs)
* Foxholes
* Blockees
* Bulgarian Split Squats
* Suitcase Side Bends
* World War IIIs
We put up Cindys and had a couple minutes for a Mary that included:
Crunchy frogs, Freddie Mercury, American hammers, starfish crunch, and heels to heaven.
COT:
We gave thanks and praise—Snuggie for landing a new job, and Sweet & Low as his knee continues to heal and improve.
We lifted up prayers for children facing serious illnesses, and for their families—asking for strength, healing, and peace during difficult times.
We also prayed for a family who recently lost everything in a house fire, asking for provision, comfort, and support as they begin to rebuild.
Finally, we asked our Heavenly Father to keep a watchful eye over a young man who has recently left home to serve in the military. We prayed for guidance, protection, and strength as he steps into this new chapter.
Remember that this coming Saturday the ranch will be closed and everyone is encouraged to go to the Pooler AO located at the Pooler recreation complex.
Also, men’s breakfast Saturday 8 AM COUNTRYSIDE Baptist Church.
