Several did an EC 3 mile run and made it back to the COT right on time. Started with 5 core principles and mission of F3. Several arm, neck, leg and back stretches. Mixed in SSH and TTT. Parking lot lap to the pull up bars, 5 and dime and grab a Cindy.
Tha Thang:
Worked at the pull up bars. One round consisted of the following movements:
5 pull-ups
10 merkins
15 squats
20 BBS or LBC’s
25 curls
Run a parking lot lap. On the short sides, sprint between the islands.
Rinse and repeat for as many rounds as possible. Put Cindy up, five and dime and back to the circle for a couple minutes of Mary.
COT:
Count, name, pledge and prayers.
Forsyth workout this Saturday. Puff has the Q. EC run at 5:45 and beatdown at 6:15. Starts at south end of Forsyth by the tennis courts.
