Tha Thang:
5 corners with the trail of tears timer in the middle. Move to the middle after corner 3.

* Corner 1: Overhead press
* Corner 2: SSH
* Corner 3: Overhead sandbag throw

* Corner 4: 45 lb plate clean and press
* Corner 5: Spartan burpees

***Timer: 6 sets of dumbbells lined up in a row. Starting with 2 burpees. Crossover the dumbbells lifting each dumbbell (right and left), then a merk,….then move to the next set. Across (2 more burps) and back. Weights increase from 3 lbs to 30lbs. All the while dragging the skull down the middle of the dumbbells.

Every dumbbell not lifted results in 1 burpees for all pax.

Opened the Can O’ Whoop to cooldown!
