Thanks for the opportunity to get out of my normal AO and lead some Hims! Reminder that I am not a professional and the workout is merely a suggestion so modify as necessary. You also may not sue me, but could sue Clog. Lastly, we could not miss the opportunity to review the core principles.

Tha Thang:
6 cones were set out in the shape of a rectangle. Pax were to perform 15 reps of whatever workout is listed at the cone, forwards run to the center and perform 5 burpees, then backwards run to the next cone. Continued this for 35 minutes.

4- Carolina Dry Dock’s
5- Side Lunges
6- Plank Jacks

COT:
Remember to always get your AAR in. It sometimes takes vulnerability to ask men for constructive feedback in life, but it will lead to growth if you take it seriously.

AAR:
– Format was great, lots of burpees. Ability to be modified simply and everyone was easily able to push at their own pace. Widening the rectangle would have been a way to cut back on a few of the burpees, but this also would have forced the workout over to grass instead of the pavement.
