Our monthly benchmark workout: 4-corners exercise, 25 minute AMRAP
– 10 burpees, 10 LBC
– 20 hand-release merkins, 20 LBC
– 30 cindy squats, 30 LBC
– 40 mountain climbers, 40 LBCs

Afterward, we brought cindy home and had time for flutter kicks (courtesy of Desmond), WW2s (brought to us by Dinghy), and boat/canoe (a surprise choice from Gilligan)
