– Push up shoulder taps (2 count)
– Burpee squat jump(1 count)
-Bonnie Blair’s ( 2 count)
– In / Out Push-up
– Carolina Dry Docks (1 count)
– Laying Windshield Wiper
-V Leg UPS ( 2 count)
-Heel Taps (2 count)
– 60 Sec wall sit

First round was 10 reps, after each wall sit we drop the circuit by 2 reps until we got to 0. Finished with a few minutes to spare.
