Station 1, set 1: 20 picnic table step ups hard way (hw), 40 OHP, 20 BBS; Indian Run (IR) to station 2
Station 2, set 1: 30 Bonnie Blairs hw, 50 merkins, 30 flutters; IR to station 1
Station 1, set 2: modified to 20 thrusters, 50 curls, 30 freddie mercs 4ct; Rifle Carry (RC) to station 2
*** stop halfway to station 2, put down block, 20 squats, resume RC to station 2 ***
Station 2, set 2: 25 rows hw, 30 tricep extensions, 25 plank jacks 4ct; IR to station 1
Station 1, set 3: 30 decline merkins, 10 pullups, 50 mountain climbers; IR to station 2
Station 2, set 3: modified to 30 rifle hold calf raises, 40 cindy squats, 25 toy soldiers hw; RC back through middle of field to Station 1
